What is and isn’t allowed inside of the venue?

What about cameras and photography?

This is decided by the artist and not Wild Acre Live. If a show asks for no photo/video we ask that you please respect their wishes. No cameras with detachable lenses are allowed inside the venue without the proper press/media credentials. If you are seeking to take pictures or video on behalf of a media outlet, please visit our press section.

What are my ticket options for a given show?

General Admission (GA) and VIP options are on sale on our Ticketing page. If you have any issues or questions during the purchase process, please fill out our contact form - All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Children 10 and under are allowed to attend for free.

Can I bring my kids?

For sure -- Children 10 and under are admitted for free. That said, some shows might not be suitable for little ones and we encourage parents and guardians to research the acts you’re going to see first. Ear protection is strongly recommended. We use a PA system capable of very high volumes and artists often dictate their own levels. If you have any other questions about how to best experience your show with children, please complete the contact form on our website.

Do you serve food and drinks at the venue?

Definitely! We believe good food and drinks are a must-have and we’ll have you covered from any number of bars and tents on the lawn. Cocktails come from our award-winning partner at Silver Star® Spirits, and craft beer from our very own Wild Acre Brewing Company.  Our food comes straight from the kitchens of the Wild Acre restaurant.
